All transactions on jetwan are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jetwan ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all use of the jetwan website located at jetwan.net, including all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and related services offered thereon.

Each individual person may register and maintain only one account on jetwan. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or a different name, is strictly prohibited. If jetwan identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any balances across duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and the player may be permanently excluded from the Platform.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. jetwan reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
jetwan operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a national ID card, passport, or driver's licence — at any time, and in particular before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jetwan may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jetwan will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jetwan immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
jetwan currently accepts deposits via the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jetwan does not currently accept deposits via international credit cards, cryptocurrency, or bank wire transfer unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no upper limit on deposits, although jetwan reserves the right to apply deposit limits on individual accounts as part of its responsible gaming obligations or its internal risk management procedures.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your jetwan account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. jetwan is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or technical issues on the part of the payment provider.
All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and fees on jetwan are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), denoted by the ৳ symbol. jetwan does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any deposits made in a foreign currency will not be accepted.
You may only deposit funds from a payment account or mobile wallet that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members, friends, or business associates — are strictly prohibited. Any winnings derived from third-party deposits may be voided and the deposit amount returned to its source.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) used for the most recent deposit on your account. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to comply with our payment processing obligations. If the original payment method is no longer available, you must contact support to arrange an alternative, subject to KYC verification.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum level.
jetwan aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during peak support hours (8am to midnight BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed as soon as the team is available. Delays may occur if a withdrawal is flagged for additional verification under our KYC or anti-fraud procedures.
Any active bonus funds in your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. Real-money funds that are not subject to bonus wagering may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold and KYC requirements.
jetwan reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse a withdrawal request in cases where: (a) KYC documentation has not been provided or verified; (b) the account is under investigation for fraudulent activity; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated; or (d) the account balance includes funds derived from a suspected breach of these Terms.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jetwan are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified; uncompleted requirements will result in the forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held on an account at any given time. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment account.
jetwan actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; using low-risk betting strategies specifically to fulfil wagering requirements; or colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance forfeited and may be permanently closed.
jetwan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bets or bonuses already confirmed and in progress at the time of the change.
All bets placed on jetwan's sportsbook are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. A bet is considered accepted only once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform. jetwan reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placing a bet. These limits may vary by sport, market, event, and account status. jetwan reserves the right to adjust stake limits on individual accounts where warranted by risk management considerations.
In the event that a bet is accepted as a result of an obvious error in odds or market pricing (including but not limited to palpable errors, system glitches, or operator mistakes), jetwan reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. jetwan will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly.
In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events, including BPL and IPL cricket matches. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time during an event at jetwan's discretion. Bets placed after the relevant event or period has concluded will be voided.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the result is determined, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is completed within 36 hours of the originally scheduled start time, in which case the result stands.
Casino games available on jetwan are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own rules and return-to-player (RTP) rates as determined by the provider and independently certified by accredited testing laboratories.
All casino games utilise certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure that outcomes are fair, unpredictable, and cannot be influenced by the player or by jetwan. RNG systems used by jetwan's game providers are independently audited on a regular basis.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure, jetwan reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the player. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction period will not be paid. jetwan accepts no liability for losses caused by interrupted internet connectivity on the player's side.
Maximum win limits may apply to individual games or game categories. These limits will be communicated within the relevant game's information panel. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum win limit will be capped at that limit, regardless of the theoretical payout displayed during gameplay.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jetwan and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and a permanent ban from the Platform:
jetwan cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies and will provide account information, transaction records, and other relevant data upon receipt of a lawful request.
You may request the closure of your jetwan account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied and any applicable wagering requirements have been assessed.
jetwan reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (d) at the request of the account holder under a self-exclusion arrangement; or (e) as required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. jetwan will attempt to contact the account holder prior to applying a dormancy fee. A monthly administration fee of ৳200 may be deducted from the dormant account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jetwan's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jetwan account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jetwan shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) any indirect, consequential, or special loss; (c) any loss of data or corruption of data; (d) any service interruption caused by events beyond jetwan's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, acts of government, or natural disasters; or (e) the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, statistics, or other information displayed on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit jetwan's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
jetwan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, jetwan will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.1. The most recent version of the Terms will always be accessible at jetwan.net/terms-conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jetwan holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body designated by jetwan's licensing authority.
In the event of a dispute regarding a specific bet or game outcome, you must contact jetwan's customer support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered. jetwan will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
